Pain isn’t always obvious and that’s why knowing the signs should be a priority. Cerebral palsy also known as (CP) is the most common motor disability in childhood. It’s a group of permanent movement disorders that appear in early childhood. Signs and symptoms vary among people. Often, symptoms include poor coordination, stiff muscles, weak muscles, and tremors. The causes are often unknown and as we celebrate World Palsy Day, we bring you the unsung heroes that have defied all odds and tremor of Cerebral Palsy. Children with CP and their families need support and begins with you, us and all of you. Make sure you look out for the signs and be the change that these children and families need. We honor and celebrate the unsung heroes. Though Cerebral Palsy can be defined, having Cerebral Palsy does not define the person that has the condition.
